Cynthia consulted for the New York Yankees major league team for five seasons (2015-2019). Check out the New York Times article featuring Cynthia, and her previous role with the Yankees here. She has also consulted for teams in the NBA and NHL, and now consults for UCLA's prestigious Executive Health program.

Through her LA-based private practice, Cynthia specializes in working with plant based athletes, and designs nutrition programs for individuals and groups aimed at optimal performance, wellness, and longevity.


Cynthia will be co-moderating a panel on the plant based lifestyle along with Ethan Brown, founder and CEO of Beyond Meat, Dr. Cheryl Mitchell, food scientist for Elmhurst1925, on January 28th from 6:30 – 8:30 pm at Gracias Madre in West Hollywood. Register for the free event here
